Refund Policy

At Hempful Hemp, we GUARANTEE satisfaction. We offer a 100 percent guarantee on all of our merchandise (given that the merchandise isn't opened, used, nor consumed). For a full refund, contact Hempful Hemp by phone or email within 30 business days of receiving what appears to you as a faulty product (please take pictures if damaged upon arrival) so as to document any problems so we will use your photos to form any independent agency shipping claims. After the above is completed, please return the unused product back to Hempful Hemp for internal analyses and you are more than welcome to use the mail option of your choice. If we mistakenly send out the wrong item or if the item was damaged during shipping, we will pay for a return label to have it sent back to us and replaced. But if for some reason the buyer has a change of heart and wishes to return their unopened product, the cost of return shipping will be paid by the customer.
